It is flu season again and it is more important than ever in this COVID-19 pandemic to ensure that you have your seasonal influenza 'flu' vaccine.
Once again, we are partnering with KFL&A Public Health, Central Frontenac Township, and the Central Frontenac Fire Department, to deliver a Community Flu Vaccine Clinic.
The COMMUNITY FLU VACCINE & COVID BOOSTER CLINIC will take place on Thursday, November 3rd, 2022 from 10:00 am -8:00 pm at Oso Soldiers Memorial Hall in Sharbot Lake.
You can either choose to get both a flu vaccine AND and the new bivalent COVID-19 booster (if eligible) or just the flu vaccine or COVID Bivalent booster.
This clinic is for all community members, not just patients of the Sharbot Lake Family Health Team.
PLEASE NOTE: Unlike in past years, PRE-REGISTRATION for this clinic is REQUIRED
Please bring a valid Ontario Health Card with you and wear loose, short sleeves. Do not attend it you are sick.
