Good Food Box returns to Sharbot Lake

EVERYONE can order a Good Food Box!

Payment must be received by the order due date.
You can pick up the monthly Good Food Box on the designated day at the Sharbot Lake Medical Centre at 1005 Medical Centre Road.
Please use the lower level, lakeside entrance, next to the Dental clinic.
Pick-up is between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm on pick-up day.

We will do our best to accommodate you.
Any boxes not picked up or with alternative arrangements made, will be donated to the local Food Bank. We do not have the capacity to store or refrigerate boxes.
Unfortunately, no. We order through a distributor who presets the items included in each box. This allows us to get the best pricing possible.
We hope that you will see the value in our Good Food Box, but if you receive something you don’t like, we encourage you to share with your friends, family, neighbours. Also, on pick-up day there is a box where you can place items that you don't want and perhaps swap for an item that you do want that someone else has left.
Currently, the Good Food Box is available on a monthly basis.
What’s in the Good Food Box?
Each month you will receive approximately 10 different fruits and vegetables. There will be some variety from month to month, but you can expect to receive some ‘staples’ every month.
The August Good Food Box included the following:
- Vegetables: potatoes, carrots, lettuce, cucumber, onion, potatoes, celery, red peppers
- Fruits: bananas, pears, peaches, apples
