WHO CAN ORDER A BOX?Ordering a Good Food Box is open to EVERYONE!
HOW DO I ORDER AND PAY FOR A BOX?Call 613-279-2100 ext. 124 to order, or email sharbotlakefht@gmail.com. Payment must be received by the order due date.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY BOX?You can pick up the monthly Good Food Box on the designated day at the Sharbot Lake Medical Centre at 1005 Medical Centre Road. Please use the lower level, lakeside entrance, next to the Dental clinic.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY BOX?Pick-up is between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm on pick up day. Please email us at sharbotlakefht@gmail.com if alternative arrangements need to be made. We will do our best to accommodate you. Any boxes not picked up or with alternative arrangements made, will be donated to the local Food Bank. We do not have the capacity to store or refrigerate boxes.
CAN I SPECIFY WHAT IS IN MY BOX?.Unfortunately, no. Items are ordered in bulk quantities which allows us to get the best pricing possible.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE WHAT'S IN MY BOX?We hope that you and your family will see the value in our Good Food Box, but if you received something you don’t like, we encourage you to share with your friends, family, neighbours.
HOW OFTEN IS THE GOOD FOOD BOX AVAILABLE?Currently we are offering a monthly Good Food Box. Depending on interest, we may expand to offer 2 box orders per month.
