Jennifer Andrews
Fitness Instructor
Jennifer is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified 200-hour Yoga Instructor. She has been in the fitness space for over ten years, finding a passion for fitness and wellbeing in her own practice which led her to pursue the schooling that she needed to begin her career in the fitness industry.
She received her certification for Personal Training through Canfitpro in 2024 and her Yoga certification in 2023 and continues to learn through other programs to stay up to date and to keep growing.
Her passion is in resistance training, and she hopes to help others find the benefits of building strength to enhance quality of life and improve the ability to do everyday activities.
