Our Community Exercise classes offer a variety of engaging workouts designed to help you stay active and energized.

We offer three senior-friendly, eight-week programs—Stronger Together, Fit & Fun, and Chair Fitness—each featuring dynamic exercises, lively music, and a welcoming community. Whether you are new to exercise, have limited mobility, or simply enjoy fitness with a fun twist, there's a class for you.

Led by Jennifer Andrews, SLFHT Fitness Instructor, these programs are inclusive to all fitness levels and designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being.

Who are these programs for?

All three Community Exercise classes are designed for individuals who want to enhance their physical fitness, maintain independence, and enjoy the benefits of exercise in a supportive, engaging environment.

These programs are perfect for:

Seniors (but all are welcome to participate)!

  • Those looking to improve strength, balance, and mobility in a safe and accessible way.
  • Individuals who value staying active and energized in their daily lives.

Individuals with Limited Mobility

  • Participants who may need a chair for support or stability during exercises.
  • People recovering from minor injuries or seeking gentle movement to enhance functionality.

Beginners or Inactive Individuals

  • Anyone new to exercise or returning after a break, looking for a gradual and approachable program.
  • Those who prefer a light-hearted, fun, and music-filled workout experience.

Community-Minded Participants

  • Individuals who enjoy the social aspect of group activities and want to connect with others while staying fit.

How to Participate

Participation is open to all patients and community members.

There is no cost to participate.
