LEARN MORE:
You do not have to be a registered/rostered patient at our clinic to access the After-Hours Urgent Care clinic, however, we do encourage you to first contact your primary care provider prior to attending the clinic.
You can still be seen at the Urgent Care clinic if you are not a resident of Ontario/Canada, however, there will be a fee for your visit.
Fees will vary depending on the type of assessment required. We only accept payment by cash or cheque.
Because the After-Hours Clinics are for urgent health care issues, we are unable to predict or control wait times.
Patients attending these clinics will be seen primarily on a first-come, first-served basis, however, health concerns are triaged based on urgency and will be seen accordingly.
Please have patience as we do our best to address each patient in a thorough and efficient manner.
Should you wish a copy of your visit/records to be sent to your primary care provider, please inform the receptionist. You will need to sign a consent form and provide your primary care provider’s information.
If you were seen in our Urgent Care Clinic and are not feeling better or have an issue that requires more attention, we encourage you to follow-up with your primary care provider when possible.
